CornellCookson a division of Clopay Corporation is a leading door and grille manufacturer located in Mountain Top, PA where we manufacture a complete line of overhead door and closure products, designed for commercial industrial, institutional and retail use.
We are seeking outstanding, highly motivated and energetic candidates to join our growing team on 2nd, 3rd and 4th Shift.
We are looking to fill positions in :
- Motor Covers / Folder Operator(Fabricator) - 3rd shift - 11 : 00 pm tp 7 : 00 am
- Shear sheet metal pieces / Bend Pieces to proper degree per shop sheets / Read,understand & interpret shop sheets & drawings / Use of mechanical and hydraulic shear / Brake Press / Rivet Gun
- Shaft Assembly (Fabricator) - 3rd shift - 11 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am
- Mig Welding / Assemble and mark pipe according to shop sheets / Operate Drill Press / Weld Gear ends and fasten
- Powder Coat Load / Unload (Packaging)- 3rd shift - 11 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am
- Load & Unload product on conveyor system ensuring parts are correct and meet the requiements and specifications of the final product.
- Powder Coat Sprayer (Packaging)- 3rd shift - 11 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am
- Proper maintenance of color booth, auto gray booth and spray room. Apply and evenly cover finish to all product / Use of computer for data entry.
- C20 Roll Form Operator(Machine Operator) -4M shift - 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm (Saturday,Sunday, Monday)
- Read, understand and interpret shop sheets and job drawings / Set up and adjust Roll Former / Mechanical Skills
- C20 Curtain Assembly(Assembly) - 3rd shift - 11 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am
- Assemble metal curtains using various hand tools, power tools and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures, selecting correct Bottom Bar, End Locks, and Rivets.
- Loading & unloading different transport items recoding inventory statuses, and making sure deliveries properly match purchase orders.
- Curtain Wrapper (Packing) - 2nd Shift - 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 00 pm
- Safely and accurately, perform production-packaging duties such as lifting, packing, taping, labeling, and sorting
Our new team members are starting at $20.00 to $23.00 with an additional shift differential of $1.50 / hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift and $2.00 / hour for 4th shift
Qualified candidates must possess a High School diploma, must be able lift up to 50 pounds, and have the ability to work at a quick pace.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility.
Understand, interpret and utilize blueprints / drawings
Ability to use hand tools and read a tape measure with accuracy
Computer knowledge
Meet Safety, Production and Quality standards
